In accordance with the new regulations, and taking into account the need to maintain contact with you, we inform you that the data you provide will be used to present commercial offers and business correspondence conducted by our company, as well as to respond to your inquiries in the manner to which you have consented. To maintain the business relationship, your data will be stored indefinitely. The legal basis for processing your personal data is the Company’s legitimate interest. As a rule, we store your name, company name, address, Tax Identification Number (NIP), email address, and telephone number in our database.

Access and Data Management

In accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned Regulation, you have the right to: request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability, withdraw consent to data processing at any time, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

If you object to the processing of your data and therefore wish to cease processing, please send us such information in the form of a return message. We emphasize that your data is safe with us. We also inform you that, if you do not object until then, Con-Graph will permanently store your personal data and use it to maintain the business relationship and send correspondence based on the terms of our previous cooperation.
